We're busy wrapping up 2024 and wanted to say a huge Thank You to all of you who have participated in any of our events this year - or even just read our newsletter! 😍

Before we hang up our harnesses for the festive break, here's a roundup of the highlights of 2024 plus an excited look ahead at what's happening in 2025.

Lindsey would also like to send a personal thank you to all the artists and companies who she's worked with, taught, collaborated and mentored - huge gratitude to you all for trusting her with your precious bodies and work.

2024 - The Highlights

✨ European Aerial Dance Festival 2024

What a joy it was to host and teach at EADF this year! We welcomed 126 participants over the two weeks - whoop whoop - and it was wonderful to have aerial artists of all abilities and backgrounds together in one space, with stunning views over the sparkling sea!

Extra special was the local Adur community joining us to find their wings over the weekend. What a taster session - they were up for trying anything! 🙌

So much fun and so many smiles - it really was magical and we're already looking ahead to the next event (keep reading for an update on 2025! 👇)

✨ Dissecting Aerial 2024

Back in March, our Dissecting Aerial Symposium reached over 180 people via streaming, in-person attendance or recordings. 🖥️

It was a truly inspirational 2 days of presentations, talks and practical sessions, gathering aerial artists, researchers, body workers, and medical and sports science practitioners from across the globe! 🌎

We received some amazing feedback:

💬 "The Sunday of the symposium was a bit of a life-changer for me, in particular the presentation by Dr Jessica Eccles."

💬 "There is really nothing like Dissecting Aerial as symposiums go."

What's Coming Up In 2025

Flying Low Retreat - Turkey

12th - 16th March 2025

Lindsey is thrilled to be partnering with Magalie Lanriot on a 5-day (6 night) retreat at the beautiful Tadah Artist Habitat in Turkey next March. Bookings are now open - join us!

Dancing With The Trees - Portugal

16th - 19th May 2025

We're delighted to be back next May with our 'Dancing with the Trees' retreat in Portugal's Mafra National Park. Magalie Lanriot and Lindsey Butcher will be your hosts, and booking info is coming soon! 🌳
