Gravity & Levity

As Autumn blusters its way in and we knuckle down on fundraising bids to support next year's activities, we wanted to share some gems from our Summer.

And what a summer it was! EADF was the big event and an absolute joy to teach and take part in 😍

Read on to see everything we've been up to - and find out what's coming! ⬇️

EADF 2024 - The Highlights

✨ European Aerial Dance Festival 2024

#EADF 2024 - what an absolute joy that was! With over 160 people attending over the 2 weeks and a focus on inclusion in week one, it was wonderful to have so many aerial artists together in one space, learning and developing their skills.

Here’s what one of our Disabled artists had to say:

💬 "This event, the space, and the people in it were a true reflection of an accessible and inclusive community, giving me a taste of what it could be like if all festivals and conventions were structured this way."

We held weekend workshops with the local community (below left) and also with Superstar Arts (below right), both of whom were fabulous - so much fun and so many smiles! 🤗

And huge thanks to Worthing Pavilion for providing such an incredible space for our festival - probably the most spectactular studio I've ever taught in, with stunning views of the sparkling sea right outside the window! ☀️

Check out our Instagram feed for lots more photos and feedback from EADF 📸

...and we'll keep you posted on plans for the next one! 🙌
