Through a powerful combination of circus arts, dance, and cinematic storytelling, we experience the joys and challenges of this deeply personal journey. As our protagonist learns to embrace his truth, we explore a time when what he sees in the mirror does not yet reflect who he is and thus reminding us of the lessons of love and trust that are dynamically essential to our lives.

These events and Zaccho Dance Theatre’s Black Futures Artist-in-Residence Program are proudly funded by the City of San Francisco’s Dream Keeper Initiative and Office of Workforce & Economic Development.
