Legs On The Wall

BEETLE, by Legs On The Wall - artwork by Freya Blackwood

World Premiere of BEETLE at NORTH AUSTRALIAN FESTIVAL of ARTS (NAFA)

Legs are delighted to announce the new show we're working on with beloved children’s author and illustrator Freya Blackwood. A new Australian classic, Beetletells the story of a child who finds a friend in her backyard; together they embark on an adventure to search for the now elusive Christmas Beetle. Commissioned by the North Australian Festival of Arts (NAFA, Townsville) and The Art House - Wyong, Beetle will premiere this June at NAFA before flying to new adventures:

GET INTO THE BEETLE SPIRIT AT EDGE GREENWAY

To celebrate and connect with young people in our community we're hosting some craft activities as part of EDGE Greenway - supported by Inner West Council. The objects made will end up in the show, and kids of all sizes who join us will also get to something to take home.
