Tempo di Borea Vertical Dance

Tempo di Borea is a Vertical Dance duo founded by Rebekka Gather and Ella Cocset in 2021. They train, create and teach in a sensitive and innovative way at the Vertical Dance Hub Basel.

NEWS   This is our first newsletter and we are very happy to share our latest news with you. Tempo di Borea has been very active these last months;  we are preparing the next season with passion and determination.

NEXT SHOWS   We have been selected by Tanzfest 2022 to be on tour in Switzerland from 12 May 2022 until 15 May 2022. Our new production LIMITS  will be played May 12th - Fribourg May 13th - Basel May 14th - Iverdon May 15th - Bulle   Save the dates !

WORKSHOPS 2022   We feel very excited about the next workshops. We thought about different offers, for all kinf of levels and aspirations : natural wall, urban wall, 1/2 day, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, with us or our guest teacher Magalie Lanriot (Portugal). Read more about the workshops here

THESE LAST FEW MONTHS COLLABORATIONS   In September we collaborated with the Guide de Haute Montagne and certified rigger Carlito Molina at Chamonix, France. We danced at Le Brévent (2525m), a unique and gorgeous place in front of the Montblanc. This was the first step of our Sensitive Listening of Spaces Project -you'll here some more about it soon.

Video project with Mara Miribung, cellist and performer   We actually work on a video project accompanied by original compositions of Mara Miribung, specially created for the occasion. We shot the images at the Vertical Dance Hub Basel, on our 34m high training and performance wall.
