Friday 26 November, 7:30pm | City Hall, Newcastle

Creative Newcastle and the Hunter Creative Alliance bring together world renowned theatre, dance and film-maker Lloyd Newson (OBE, Founder of DV8 Physical Theatre – London) in conversation with Kate Champion (Founder of Force Majeure and Legs Board Member) for an exciting evening of rigorous discussion.

Lloyd Newson has been cited as one of the 100 most influential artists of the past century by the UK's Critics Circle. Event host Kate Champion said that he has had an enduring effect on theatre and dance on a global scale. “His unrelenting rigour, astute perception and fearless political opinions have made so much of his work original, deeply affecting and unforgettable. It will be a very special opportunity for Newcastle audiences and artists alike.”
