NEW DAY AND TIME THIS FALL!!
OCTOBER 19- DECEMBER 14, 2014 SUNDAYS (new day and time!) 3:00-4:45PM at ZACCHO STUDIO All Levels Welcome
This 9 week technique workshop focuses on movement innovations that are possible when you are dancing with suspended objects. We will work with a flying boat, a spinning kitchen pot, suspended umbrellas as well as steel poles and half circles.

ZACCHO's Aerial Dance Festival |
October 5 - 12, 2014 at ZACCO Studio
Flyaway is delighted to participate in Zaccho Dance Theatre’s San Francisco Aerial Dance Festival the week of October 5, 2014. The festival will feature five nights of exciting performances by the Bay Area’s most prominent aerial dance choreographers including Flyaway Productions’ Jo Kreiter, Bandaloop’s Amelia Rudolph, and Zaccho’s own Joanna Haigood. Over the course of the week, the festival will also offer daytime classes to the public. Flyaway will perform “3 Bits of Steel,” featuring new and repurposed solos performed by SAM Luckey, Sandia Langlois and Jo Kreiter. Stay tuned for Flyaway's scheduled performance nights and daytime masterclass.
All events will be held at Zaccho’s 5,000 sq. foot studio in San Francisco's Bayview Hunter's Point District. Info at www.zaccho .org |
