Our Introduction to Vertical Dance & Aerial Dance Harness weekend consists of two days of workshops and is for anyone wanting to gain experience of working in single point harness, either on the floor (aerial dance harness) or on the wall (vertical dance).
The weekend will be led by our very own Lindsey Butcher. As a dance and aerial practitioner, Lindsey has over 39 years of professional practice and remains very active as a performer, choreographer, teacher and mentor.
It's going to be a fascinating weekend of exploration and fun!
Join us for one day or both:
Day 1 - Aerial Dance Harness (low fly) - all levels
Day 2 - Vertical Dance Technique - all levels
What to wear - snug layers around your hips and waist for comfort, long-sleeved t-shirt, and either barefoot or plimsolls for your feet.
