Apply for the Hip Hop Artist Residency & Training Program!

The Hip Hop Artist Residency & Training (HART) Program is a 4-month residency that provides training and performance opportunities to 8 Black transitional youth (ages 18+) with aspirations to build a career in Hip Hop and the performing arts. This program is offered in partnership with PUSH Dance Company at their Sanctuary studio in San Francisco.

Participants will receive:

• A stipend of $2,000

• Access to dance & music recording studios

• Mentorship and Workshops

• Social Media skill building

The HART Program will begin in November 2023 and culminate in the creation of a collaborative performance led by the HART Resident Artists at the Bayview Opera House in Spring 2024.

We are seeking individual artists and companies with finished work to be featured in the San Francisco Aerial Arts Festival’s showcase at Fort Mason's Cowell Theater on Friday, August 16 and Saturday, August 17, 2024. 

Founded in 2014, the San Francisco Aerial Arts Festival is the Bay Area’s premiere aerial arts event that features internationally recognized aerial artists and new artists breaking into the field.
