From August 29th to September 1st 2018, the largest international contemporary dance exhibition, TANZMESSE, will take place in Düsseldorf / Germany, focusing this year on Urban Dance and Dance in the public space.
As Vertical Dance pioneers, Retouramont will attend this event !
Vertical Dance appeared more than 30 years ago and became a new contemporary artistic language. Since then Vertical Dance has found a singular and unique writing style. This art form offers to multidisciplinary artists new fields of exploration, like Mourad Merzouki who collaborated with Fabrice Guillot for his new productionVertikal.
The Tanzmesse Düsseldorf will thus be an opportunity to present Vertical Dance and the innovative and dynamic perspectives it provides. The European network Vertical dance Forum which gathers most prominent artists and companies emerging in the field of Vertical Dance in Europe also illustrates the growing popularity in Vertical Dance.
