It is our hope that we can make this year's fund drive a success by raising $50,000 to support our mission to create transcendent works of beauty that are offered without religious denomination, as prayers for the planet. We have raised $28,400 thanks to community support. Your gift at this time is truly appreciated.
Our company has grown tremendously in the last few years. In 2015 we opened a 3000 sq. ft. studio where we teach aerial silks and harness classes, workshops, and summer camps for both the community and under-served populations. We also teach aerial silks to foster youth at the Austin Children's Shelter, actively seeking out their movement ideas and encouraging them to develop material throughout the program.
In September we will reprise Belonging, Part One at the Seaholm Power Plant. This work explores our interdependence to the natural world by highlighting what happens to people when their lives are suddenly changed by climate conditions or acts of war. It is a privilege to collaborate with extraordinary dancers, technical artists and riggers to create these performances. Each of them has his/her own unique and inspiring talent.
