In October, BANDALOOP hosted an open rehearsal in downtown Oakland, wowing 55 Oakland Unified first graders from Hillcrest Elementary, who were filled with joy and awe. Support BANDALOOP's new fund to get more Bay Area public school students out to local rehearsals! If you know a teacher or school interested in attending an open rehearsal, please get in touch.
At home and abroad, in these times of global tensions and a revealing need for equitable relations, BANDALOOP's cultural diplomacy as touring artists presents a vision of the US that is collaborative, creative and inclusive.

BANDALOOP was honored to join Singapore's ION Orchard in celebrating their ten-year anniversary over the course of three weeks in September & October.
Performances kicked off with a notable twist: at 57 floors up, it was the highest a BANDALOOP audience has ever taken in a performance, situated on the inside of the building. All subsequent performances were open and free to the public, with lighting and sound installations designed by local artists for BANDALOOP.
