Aerial Yoga integrates the relaxation of Yoga with the technical innovations of Aerial Hammock. This class will increase your strength and flexibility through a fun and gentle process. This class is also a great introduction to our Aerial Dance classes.

Students will add the cutting-edge combination of aerial acrobatics and dance in their routine! On low flying apparatus, students will explore movement techniques that help to build their confidence in the air. This class incorporates strength, flexibility and creative ways of hanging upside down!
